Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Life insurance-focused engagement teams, delivering consulting services and developing business for clients in life, annuity and group benefits.

The role sits within EY's Business Transformation and Growth (BTG) practice, offering exposure to technology transformation, delivery methodologies, and multiple stages of the insurance value chain from product development to claims. Up to 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience.
• 3+ years experience in Life, annuity, or Group benefits.
• Experience with platform PAS such as FAST Verisk, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA or equivalents.
• Understanding of the Life & Annuity value chain: product config, new business, policy administration, servicing, and claims.
• Program/project management in on-shore/off-shore delivery models with clients and vendors.
• Hands-on with platform configuration, integration, APIs, data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and architecture.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks and milestones across teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration and integration across business, tech, and vendors.
• Translate business requirements into delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory and operational standards.
• Mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence.
