Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits delivery teams within the BTG practice. You will lead platform solutions, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps, while aligning with enterprise architecture and regulatory standards.

The role offers exposure to digital transformation tools and a diverse client base.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years of experience in insurance/consulting.
Strong communication, presentation, and written skills for executive audiences.
Proven experience with Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits domains is preferred.
Experience delivering with Agile/Scrum/SAFe frameworks and cross-functional teams.
Comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders and leading client workshops.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with business objectives and architecture standards.
Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation with business, tech, and vendors.
Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps.
Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and operational objectives.
Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
Coordinate onshore/offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
Support governance forums with status updates and recommendations.
Promote best practices in Agile/SAFe, testing, release management, and DevOps.
Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.
