Qualifications

• Hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Virginia (or obtain within 90 days of hire).
• 3+ years of insurance sales or account management experience.
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of insurance agents to meet individual and team performance goals.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and team training sessions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing guidance on insurance products and risk management.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to set sales targets and implement growth strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators and produce reports for agency leadership.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
