You’ll work to achieve sales targets, mentor performance, and contribute to risk-management strategies while collaborating with agency leadership to drive growth. This role emphasizes leadership with a client-focused mindset.

Formación

• Hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Virginia (or obtain within 90 days of hire).
• 3+ years of insurance sales or account management experience.
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and team training sessions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing guidance on insurance products and risk management.

• Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
