DoorDash is hiring a Senior Associate, Insurance S&O to drive operational, analytical, and cross-functional work needed to launch and scale insurance initiatives. You will report into the Insurance Strategy & Operations lead and help translate insights into product adoption and business impact.

You will run high-velocity tests, partner with Analytics to track performance, coordinate with internal teams and external partners for vendor readiness, and help build the processes and rhythm to

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Product Operations, consulting, program management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL experience.
• Experience independently managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to turn data into structured recommendations.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment balancing detail with business context.

Responsabilidades

• Run high-velocity operational tests and pilots generating insights to shape new products and programs.
• Partner with Analytics and cross-functional teams to track performance and inform decisions.
• Support execution across a portfolio of initiatives from concept to launch and scale.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive vendor readiness and procurement follow-through.
• Help build processes, reporting, and operating rhythm to support growth, including international expansion.
