Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Product Operations, consulting, program management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience using SQL to answer business questions or evaluate performance.
• Experience independently managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to turn data and ambiguity into structured recommendations.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and business context.

Responsibilities

• Run high-velocity operational tests and pilots to generate insights for new products and programs.
• Partner with Analytics and cross-functional teams to track performance and inform go-to-market decisions.
• Support execution across a portfolio of insurance initiatives from concept to launch and scale.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive vendor readiness and procurement follow-through.
• Help build processes, reporting, and operating rhythms to support growth, including international expansion.
