Job summary

You will report to the Insurance Strategy & Operations lead and help translate insights into products and business impact.

The role emphasizes go-to-market execution, experiment management, vendor and procurement follow-through, and day-to-day program management to enable growth and scalable programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Product Ops, consulting, or program management.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL experience to answer business questions.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication; turns data into structured recommendations.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment balancing detail with business context.

Responsibilities

• Run high-velocity operational tests and pilots to generate insights.
• Collaborate with Analytics and cross-functional teams to track performance.
• Support execution across multiple insurance initiatives from concept to launch.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for vendor readiness and procurement.
• Help build processes, reporting, and rhythms to support growth, including international expansion.
