The role requires a J.D. and 8+ years of experience at a top law firm or in-house, handling insurance litigation, coverage issues, and/or pre-litigation disputes, with strong writing, communication, and leadership

Qualifications

• J.D. required and bar admission.
• 8+ years of experience handling insurance litigation, coverage issues, or pre-litigation disputes.
• Experience with personal injury litigation and handling discovery and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing docket of personal injury and insurance matters.
• Strategize scalable processes for handling personal injury work.
• Prepare and respond to discovery and dispositive motions.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on strategy, reporting, and budgets.
• Oversee outside counsel relationships and budgets.
