Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Eugene, OR to lead a sales team, manage operations, and deliver outstanding customer service, driving production and growth.

The role offers a pay range of $55,000–$125,000 per year with unlimited commissions, a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, comprehensive training, mentorship, and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match, PTO, and wellness perks. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Licenses in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 2- to 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• Experience leading sales teams.
• Strong fiduciary duty and integrity.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive results: oversee team performance and SOE implementation.
• Grow business by building relationships with new and existing customers to meet goals.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer care.
