- Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
- Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
- Coach sales team to deliver consistent customer care.
- Oversee operations to achieve targets and resolve escalated issues.
- Execute Store Operational Excellence (SOE) across daily tasks.
