You will mentor the sales staff, build relationships with customers, and ensure exceptional customer service while advancing store performance and SOE standards. A strong leadership mindset and ethical conduct are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead the sales team to meet daily targets and drive growth.
• Coach team members to deliver consistent customer care and sales performance.
• Build relationships with existing customers to expand production and goals.
• Demonstrate integrity and strong ethics in fiduciary duties and sales practices.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred to serve a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production and goals.
• Coach members of the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
