Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Yakima, WA. You will lead a sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive performance-driven growth across personal lines and property & casualty products.

You will mentor staff, manage operations, and build lasting customer relationships while upholding fiduciary duties and high integrity. A 2- or 4-year degree is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Leadership and coaching experience leading sales teams.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fiduciary duty with high integrity.
