Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses required within 3 months of start date (Online Training Provided).
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Strong comfort level with cold calling and outreach activities.
• Exceptional ability to build rapport and trust quickly with new people.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and digital record-keeping.
• Strong organizational habits and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients within the Fargo area to introduce our agency services.
• Set and manage appointments for our insurance agents to discuss coverage options.
• Follow up with warm leads to ensure timely communication and interest.
• Document all outreach activities accurately within our agency systems.
• Identify common insurance needs among prospects to help tailor our initial outreach.
• Collaborate with the broader team to refine our sales messaging and outreach strategies.
