Responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Conduct cold/warm calls to prospects and referrals to build a sales pipeline.
• Follow up on leads, identify coverage needs, and close opportunities.
• Meet clients in person, by phone, or virtually to review coverage and provide solutions.
• Educate clients on options and risk exposure to aid decision making.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and CRM records; stay current on products.
