Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through agency-provided leads, referrals, outbound calls, and networking.
• Ask questions to understand each customer’s situation, priorities, and current coverage.
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other products.
• Provide quotes and guide prospects through the sales process from initial conversation through closing.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up with leads.
