Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required; thorough training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, referrals, community events, and inquiries.
• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Sell and cross-sell a range of insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Use CRM tools for accurate record-keeping and follow-ups.
• Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends.
• Work toward meeting personal and team sales goals.
