Qualifications

• Previous sales experience or proven success achieving goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale.
• Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential.
• Persistent and able to move forward after hearing 'no'.
• Coachable and eager to improve.
• Organized with strong follow-up skills.
• License in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through leads, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and recommend coverage.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and other insurance products.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and additional client needs.
• Manage leads and sales activity using CRM tools.
• Work toward individual sales goals and contribute to agency growth.
