You will talk with prospective and existing clients, learn client needs, and help select appropriate coverage while developing sales, client management, and agency operations skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• Able to start conversations with new people and work toward goals.
• Willing to obtain insurance licensing for the position.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with prospective customers through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound calls
• Learning about client needs and recommending coverage
• Providing quotes and explaining insurance options clearly
• Selling Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and other insurance products
• Following up with prospects and identifying new sales opportunities
• Building relationships with existing clients through regular communication and policy reviews
• Tracking leads and activity using CRM tools
• Working toward individual sales goals and agency growth
