Joey Wetoskey Agency in Mason, MI, is seeking an Agent in Training to join our team and build a career in insurance sales. You will talk with prospective and existing clients, learn client needs, and help select appropriate coverage while developing sales, client management, and agency operations skills.

The Joey Wetoskey Agency is looking for an Agent in Training to join our team in Mason. We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, automotive, and other roles where communication and relationship building are important.

Insurance experience is not required. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We’ll help you develop the rest.

What This Role Is All About

At its core, this is a relationship-driven sales position. You’ll talk with prospective and existing clients, learn what matters to them, and help them choose insurance coverage that fits their needs.

You’ll also develop real experience in sales, client management, and agency operations while learning from an established insurance team.

Your responsibilities will include:
