Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to learn the industry while developing sales and customer service skills. You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss coverage needs and present personalized options in a fast-paced environment.

Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and visit local businesses to grow your client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (study course provided and license fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates close to degree completion may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
