Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an motivated, entry-level supplemental insurance sales representative. You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and opportunities to develop skills in lead generation, client meetings, and presentations.

You will build a portfolio by visiting local businesses, empowering owners and HR heads, and working with a supportive sales team to meet targets and earn commissions.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain; fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience eligible.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager; record daily stats.
