Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to learn the industry while developing sales and customer service skills. You will prospect, contact, and meet potential clients to discuss coverage options and tailor personalized plans.

Responsibilities include using our Salesforce CRM, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, visiting local businesses, and building your client portfolio while achieving sales targets with team support.

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Licensed Health & Life Insurance Producer in resident state or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and meet potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build client portfolio.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text; schedule client meetings.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients.
• Set and pursue monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
