We’re hiring a motivated Insurance Sales Trainee to join our team under a structured mentorship program with an established Farmers Insurance Agency. This full‑time, in person paid position provides hands‑on training, professional development, and real‑world sales experience selling Farmers Insurance products, preparing you for future advancement opportunities within Farmers Insurance.

You’ll receive personalized coaching from a top-performing agent while learning every aspect of agency operations, from client management to new business development.

Compensation

• $3,000 Monthly Base Salary
• 40%-50% Commission on New Business Agency Commissions
