Job summary

Farmers Insurance District Office is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Trainee for a full-time, in-person role in Downey, CA. You will participate in a structured mentorship program, receive hands-on training, and learn client management and new business development within Farmers Insurance products.

You’ll build sales and service skills through guided training, and meet performance and compliance goals while earning a base salary plus commission opportunities.
