Allstate Insurance Agency - Gregg Blanchard in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is seeking motivated sales professionals to protect families and build lasting client relationships. You will generate new business from leads, referrals, and community involvement while earning through a competitive salary and uncapped commissions.

We provide training, coaching, and support to help you obtain the Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License and launch a rewarding insurance career with advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain or currently possess a Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (licensing assistance provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals and families protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions.
• Generate new business through company-provided leads, referrals, networking, community involvement, and outbound prospecting.
• Build relationships with customers and referral partners, including real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, title companies, and local businesses.
• Prepare insurance quotes, present coverage options, and confidently close new business.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
• Ask every satisfied customer for referrals and promote our referral program.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
