Velocity Insurance Group LLC in Miami Springs, FL is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to contact and follow up with leads, educate clients on policy options, and build lasting relationships in our community.

This full-time role offers uncapped commission, paid licensing and training, and ongoing coaching with clear career growth opportunities. Strong communication, two years of sales experience, bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with prospects and clients over the phone.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly preferred.

Schedule:Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM | One Saturday per month, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM
