Farmers Insurance Agency in Nashville, TN is expanding and seeking a motivated Sales Producer to launch a high-earning sales career in Middle Tennessee. No prior license required to apply; we provide study materials, licensing cost coverage, and lead support to drive early success.

You will help individuals, families, and local businesses protect what matters most with Farmers’ top-tier solutions, while developing skills in consultative sales and client relation building.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing: Tennessee Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses within 30 days of hire; study materials and exam fees provided at 100% NO COST, NO CONTRACT required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a coachable mindset.
• Technical proficiency with computers, phone systems, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound & outbound leads using agency-provided scripts and CRM to quote and close new business.
• Conduct client reviews to identify coverage gaps across Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Commercial lines.
• Deliver sales presentations educating clients on Farmers’ product offerings and discounts.
• Generate referrals by building long-term client relationships from positive experiences.
• Manage daily call activity, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM.
