Larry Hale Insurance Agency, a locally-owned Allstate agency, is hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to help protect the people and homes of our Goodlettsville community. Build lasting client relationships in a supportive, family-oriented team.

Entry-level applicants will begin with a $36,000 to $40,000 base salary range and the opportunity to earn monthly commissions. Most successful candidates earn between $50,000 to $70,000 base and commission income combined.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain
• Experience working in an office environment
• Strong comfort level with computer systems and digital documentation
• Genuine interest in helping people manage their personal risks
• Ability to articulate complex information clearly to a wide variety of people

Responsibilities

• Review current policies with clients to ensure coverage aligns with life needs
• Proactively reach out to Goodlettsville community to introduce protection offerings
• Prepare clear, accurate quotes for policyholders
• Address billing questions or general account concerns with patience and care
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency database
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming office atmosphere
