Charles Skipper- Farmers Insurance Agency in Memphis, Tennessee, is looking for a confident, experienced in office Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our products while delivering amazing customer service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Must have Life, Property & Casualty license.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrates willingness to learn and coachability.
• Strong self-motivation and upbeat attitude.

Responsabilités

• Present and explain new client packet to each new client that is acquired by the producer.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new and existing business.
• Comply with all agency and company requirements, policies and procedures
• Handle additional duties as assigned or need to enhance clients experience
• Assist with sales efforts and FFR appointments to create cross sell opportunities with existing clients acquired
• Manage time in a way that will allow you to develop strategies for clients and prospects as well as learn all systems necessary to conduct business in a timely manner.
