Job summary

A local Allstate agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to help grow the agency by engaging new prospects and building strong community relationships. Candidates will utilize their insurance knowledge and sales skills to educate customers about insurance value. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals and providing a positive customer experience. A Property & Casualty license is required, and prior insurance sales experience is preferred. This role offers competitive salary, uncapped commission, and opportunities for advancement.
