Aufgaben

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products within the branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, and meet sales targets.
• Conduct insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies in line with guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency, and support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
