Job summary

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting goals.
- Ability to prospect and generate new leads.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with performance-based earnings and targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business through agency-provided leads and networking
- Build rapport and identify client insurance needs
- Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance
- Prepare quotes and close sales confidently
- Maintain active pipeline with consistent follow-up
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing clients
- Track sales activity toward production targets
- Participate in sales coaching and product training
