Job summary

Ben Smith Agency in Grandville, MI is seeking an Agency Sales Representative to build relationships with clients and grow Farmers Insurance business. You’ll work with qualified leads, tailor policy options, and help customers select Auto, Home, Life, and Business coverage.

You’ll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and a path toward agency ownership, with competitive base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and dependable.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Reach out to qualified leads and help customers find the right coverage.

• Follow up with clients and build long-term relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Keep detailed notes and manage your pipeline using our CRM.
