• One or more years of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence making outbound calls, conducting sales conversations, and closing deals.
• A goal-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving measurable results.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and apply coaching.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies.
• Consult with customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, service, and policy reviews.
• Work toward and achieve individual sales goals while contributing to agency growth.
• Stay informed about insurance products, services, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, track follow-ups, and monitor policy renewals.
• Participate in team meetings, sales training, and strategy sessions.
