Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to identify customer needs and recommend personal lines, small commercial, and life insurance products. You will develop leads through referrals and maintain relationships with insurers while working in-office near Wichita, KS.

The role offers base pay of $45,000/year plus uncapped commission with first-year earnings forecast at $60,000–$85,000, plus travel incentives and a path for career growth within insurance roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters; liaison between client and insurer.
• Develop your own leads through referrals from realtors/brokers, lenders, dealerships, and AAA member referrals.
