AAA Advantage in Lawrence, KS is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to identify client needs and recommend personal lines, small commercial and life products. You will build a book of business, earn commission on policies sold and collaborate with insurers for client solutions.

The role requires a commutable distance to Lawrence, KS, 2+ years of sales experience, and an active Property & Casualty License (Life license preferred).

Qualifications

• In-office position located within commutable distance from Lawrence, KS.
• 2+ years of sales experience meeting set metrics.
• Ability to develop leads through referrals from various sources.
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and multiple carriers/rater platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurers and underwriters and liaise between client and insurer.
• Develop own leads through referrals from realtors, lenders, dealers and AAA members.
