Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to identify customer needs and recommend personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products in-office in the Cincinnati market. You will maintain carrier partnerships and generate leads through referrals from realtors, lenders, dealerships, and AAA members.

The position offers a base of $45,000 with uncapped commission and a forecasted first-year earning potential of $60,000–$85,000, plus comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• This is an in-office role in the Cincinnati market.
• Candidates must reside within commuting distance to the office.
• 2+ years of sales experience with meeting set metrics.
• Experience networking and prospecting to generate leads.
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, acting as liaison between client and insurer.
• Develop your own leads through referrals (realtors, lenders, dealerships, businesses, AAA member referrals).
