Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking Insurance Sales Agents to work in-office near Hamilton, OH. You will identify client needs, recommend personal lines and commercial products, and partner with insurers to service clients.

You must develop leads via referrals from real estate, mortgage, auto and AAA member channels. Base compensation starts at $45,000 with uncapped commission and forecasted first-year earnings of $60,000–$85,000.

Qualifications

• This is an in-office position.
• Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from Hamilton, OH.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred; Salesforce/EPIC experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters.
• Develop leads through referrals from realtors, mortgage lenders, car dealers, bankers and AAA members.
