Strong communication, goal-driven motivation, and ability to qualify for a Life Insurance license are essential; prior insurance experience is a plus but not required.

• Effective written and verbal communication is required.
• Computer experience and good organizational skills are essential.
• Self-motivated and committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Make daily warm sales calls from a large membership database.
• Engage with members walking into branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identify financial needs and translate the benefits of Life insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.
