AAA Club Alliance in Toms River, NJ is seeking Insurance Sales Agents to work in-office and build their book with renewal income opportunity. Base pay ranges from $45,000 to $52,000 annually with uncapped commission and potential to earn $60,000–$100,000 in year one.

Top performers may earn incentive trips and have access to marketing funds, Salesforce-based inbound leads, and dedicated onboarding and coaching support.

Competenze

• This is an in-office position near Toms River, NJ.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate own leads.
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platforms preferred.

Mansioni

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, and act as liaison between client and insurer.
• Develop your own leads through referrals from realtors, brokers, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, and AAA member referrals.
