Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to identify client needs and recommend personal lines, small commercial, and life insurance products from multiple carriers. This in-office role requires residing within commuting distance of Richmond, VA.

You will build your book, earn renewal income, and access company-paid incentives, onboarding, and ongoing coaching. Strong prospecting and Salesforce experience are a plus; base compensation starts at $45,000 with uncapped commission

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience with metrics.
• Active P&C license and Life license preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and multiple carrier platforms.
• In-office role, reside within commuting distance to Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Build and maintain partnerships with insurers and underwriters.
• Develop leads through referrals from realtors, mortgage lenders, and AAA member referrals.
• Sell personal lines, small commercial and life insurance.
• Represent the insurer and coordinate with clients.
