AAA Advantage in White Marsh, MD is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent for an in-office role. You will identify customer needs, present personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products, and act as a liaison between clients and insurers.

Residing within commutable distance to White Marsh is required. This role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and clear opportunities for career growth and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, and works as a liaison between the client and the insurer.
• Must be able to develop your own leads through referral sources, including realtors/brokers, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, automotive repair shops, bankers, businesses, and AAA member referrals.
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
