Job summary
Farmers Insurance District Office in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a confident, experienced Sales Manager to lead the development and success of an agency while promoting our products and delivering exceptional customer service. Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year. The position offers a flexible schedule, comprehensive training, PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and a clear path
Qualifications
- Proven track record of results in insurance sales, agency management, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and coaching ability: you attract and develop talent with our support.
- Comfortable using data/analytics in decision-making.
- Must initially pass a background check and licensing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
