Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Cincinnati, OH seeks an Insurance Sales Agent to identify customer needs and recommend personal lines, small commercial, and life insurance products. You will build your book, earn renewal income, and work with multiple carriers.

The role includes onboarding and access to a Salesforce-based lead system to support prospecting. You will benefit from 4-week onboarding, 12 months of coaching, and rewarded performance with trips and incentives.

Qualifications

• In-office position requiring reside within commutable distance from Cincinnati, OH.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate own leads.
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, and acts as liaison between client and insurer.
• Must be able to develop your own leads through referrals from realtors/brokers, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, and AAA member referrals.
