Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent in Cromwell, CT for an in-office role. You will identify client needs and recommend personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products, building relationships with insurers and clients while developing own leads through referrals.

The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission with strong earning potential and paths into retention, coaching and related roles. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• In-office position; reside within commutable distance from Cromwell, CT.
• 2+ years of sales experience with meeting set metrics.
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred; Salesforce experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, acting as liaison between client and insurer.
• Develop leads through referrals from realtors, mortgage lenders, car dealers, bankers, and AAA member referrals.
