Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), state licenses or willingness to obtain them, and strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• State licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently.

Responsibilities
