You will generate leads, meet clients, explain product options, and ensure policies meet client needs while aiming to meet or exceed sales targets. A strong team orientation and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain state licenses (P&C, Life/Health).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and client-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand insurance needs.
• Present and explain insurance products, benefits, and coverage options.
• Customize insurance programs to client needs and goals.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and provide ongoing service.
• Review clients' policies regularly to ensure cost-effectiveness.
