Farmers Insurance is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to join our team in Minnesota. You will work directly with customers to understand their insurance needs, provide guidance, and connect them with coverage solutions.

No prior insurance experience required; training and licensing support are provided. You’ll gain hands-on experience while building sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with an interest in sales, customer relationships, and building a career in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and discuss insurance solutions with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs and connect them with appropriate coverage solutions
• Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance products
• Proactively follow up with leads, identify sales opportunities, and grow customer relationships
• Meet with customers to discuss their needs, answer questions, and identify potential coverage opportunities
• Provide ongoing support with coverage questions, policy changes, and other customer service needs
• Develop strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills through hands-on training and real-world experience
• Learn and effectively use agency systems, processes, and industry best practices
• Work closely with team members to create a positive customer experience and contribute to the growth of the business
