Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services - Northern Minnesota is seeking motivated sales professionals to develop a rewarding career in the insurance industry. This role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and a competitive commission structure of $80,000+ at plan commission.

Qualifications

• Agricultural knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (if not currently licensed).

Responsibilities

• Conduct marketing and prospecting efforts (social media, referrals, community engagement, phone outreach).
• Meet with prospective and current customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy information, and sales activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Assist customers throughout the claims process.
• Manage policy renewals and customer follow-ups.
• Participate in training and licensing (if not currently licensed).
