Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license (or able to obtain)
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license (or able to obtain within 90 days)
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced setting (financial/banking) helpful

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products.
• Conduct insurance reviews, quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting rules.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond promptly.
• Develop new business through referrals, community events, and cross-sell opportunities.
